It needs work but what script doesn't? I liked it and it would give it a recommend if I was reading for a network. I could see this becoming a series.

I was surprised as I read that this was only a half hour pilot. It feels more like a drama. I think I would add more backstory about Jane and Mary to make it 40 plus pages. I'm not sure how this works, I never did Script Mother before, not sure if each section needs to be 150 or more words, it's so much harder to help someone with a pilot because I don't know your intentions for the series. I wouldn't waste my time reading out other episodes. If you already did it's fine, but I would focus on making the pilot as tight and good as possible and have series bible to pitch the show.
