This script was excellent, it reminds me of Glee mixed with Modern Family, in a fresh spin. The characters are not developed as much as some, like when you compare Jacob to the rest of the cast, his character is the only one that is flat out got any real depth to him. But you've planted seeds throughout the script about what the series would look like, with Santia's moral argument to Mason's tourment.
The story flows at a real nice pace, with many of the stories with the characters being told or sometimes crossing over like at the Lunch Scene where the Cheerleaders interact with Jacob and Mason for the first time. Some of the characters don't much to say, that is not a bad thing. But as it's crowded already with characters, I would recommend removing the character of Ruby for further her character.
The way that everyone interacts with each other, offers some light. But the one main thing I don't like about this script is the fact, that each character has half a page for their personality, you can chop this down. To make it even more fast pace, but I do think that this will end up on TV. As the story had me gripped from the beginning.
The way that the script was written allowed a lot of room, for characters and personal stories to be taken further. The setting is often the main point of the script, but in this case I feel like you have used the setting to help with the story.
