More conflict and development needed for this 'day in the life' office story.

Overall, it is a good story about acceptance and being who you are, but the story gets muddled down by inconsistencies in the script.

The characters and conflict need to be explored more in order for this story to truly develop.

Overall, there is not a lot happening here. It’s just a ‘day in the life’ of an accounting clerk for a movie production company. We don’t really have any conflict that leads to character development. The most conflict we get are 500 unpaid invoices and a check that needs immediate approval. Basic everyday things you’d get in an accounting job. And while those invoices cause a bit of conflict between Rosa and Mia when Rosa decides to have them all printed rather than done digitally, this happens over a third of the way into the screenplay. This conflict isn’t enough to carry the rest of the story, either.

While the overall conflict and story are good, they are not that strong and the inconsistencies drag it down too much.

There is room to develop this more to make it a marketable screenplay. Hank, Holly and B.B.'s characters and the conflict/love between them need to be explored more. I had more questions than answers when reading the screenplay. Why did Hank become Peacewalker? What impact does Peacewalker make on communities he visits? Why was Tommy so enthralled with him? Why does Holly miss Hank even though they spent just one hour together on the beach? Why does she keep going back to her journey entry from 15 years ago? Has her life not improved since then? Answers to those questions could help deepen the characters and open areas for more conflict.

Peacewalker walks for peace, which makes his murder all the more shocking. What? Why? Who? Can the questions be answered? Or are there just more questions?
