Lauren and Niyah attend a wild teen party with drugs and alcohol. They drink and use drugs while at the party. They dance with guys and did a keg stand. When Lauren's mom text asking about her whereabouts, she makes a mad dash to get back home. Unfortunately, her mad dash turned into a homicide after she mows down two people with her car then fled the scene. Their lives change forever.

A car accident after a party means a change of plans.
The concept of your script isn't very original throughout the whole story. In the beginning, we are at a party with teenagers drinking and smoking. We see this in almost all movies with teenagers. You have basically described a normal scene with a party. I know this is just an intro to the story's timeline, but you could have made it more original.
