A young girl riding her BMX through the forest comes across a dying man who has recently robbed a security van, and form an unlikely friendship in his final moments.

The story begins with a 13 year old girl Ella, riding her bike in the woods.
She finds a wounded man in the woods and she has a conversation with him.
The rest of the story is this conversation.
Its interesting how her judgement of the man changes by the end of the conversation.
Its also interesting how the man’s judgement about Ella turns out the exact opposite in the end.
As a reader of the script, I had a couple of Wow moments....

The script tells the story of two strangers meeting each other in a tragic situation. At first, it seems the story will end on a bittersweet note; however, a twist awaits at the end that turns the story completely around. The tone established seems to convey a feeling of awkwardness and uncertainty that remains prevalent until the ending happens.
