The Incredible Calvin Barnes feature

Calvin Barnes, an African American teenager with super powers escapes from the secret government lab in which he is imprisoned. He attempts to start a new life in the outside world and makes new friends. Eventually his will to keep his powers a secret is challenged by some nastily aggressive bullies who threaten the new friends he has made and he reveals himself as the powerful being he is. On the run he returns to the lab to free those he left behind.
