The Script read very well and the world was wonderfully interesting and immersive, while the opening few pages were one of the best introductions to a story I have read in a very long time. However, the setup of the story does need much more consideration in terms of the protagonist and their goals, who is driving the story, and to what end. I thought Mercy was a pretty interesting read with two strong main characters and a story that keeps your attention. I would just recommend fleshing out other characters more and breaking up more of the dialogue sequences with action lines. Good luck!
Television scripts seems to be a tougher road to travel, then a 90 - 120 page feature. The characters have to be so distinct, and the details so perfect, as to fill at least 6 - 13 episodes. That's extremely difficult.

Your basic idea of showing a disheartened demon working as a defense attorney in purgatory is novel, and could actually work as a tv show or feature film. However, this needs much more detail, thought, and characterization. Afte...
