Draft 1
My screenplay Sunrise is a drama that tells the story of a young couple finding out the world is ending and on their last day, they have a picnic to celebrate their relationship but also examine it as well.
Concept is original. Good enough.
The first 3 pages kept me going. Plot is good but could be better. The protagonists are good enough but I think it would be better if all the script is limited to just those two characters.
Scenes are well written well.
Dialogue is good but could be better. Conflict is okay. Like the infidelity conflict.
Climax is good.
Kaitlynn Dawn Prescott is one week away from a wedding she had in her mind since she was 15. Every thing is set. All that’s left is her fiancé and groomsmen to fly from California, and her step father from Puerto Rico. What could go wrong? It’s Sunday, September 10, 2001.
