The protagonist Lena has had a bad break up and she decides to visit her grandmother, who lives in a small town by a lake.
Lena is shocked by the number of men her grandmother is seeing. She also experiences a lot of mysterious things in her grandmother’s house.
Lena’s grandmother eventually reveals the mystery pond and its powers to Lena. Lena, who takes some time to let everything sink in, gets caught up in a mess because of the pond....
