Draft 1
I'm sorry to terminate the script mid-scene like this, but I realised my reveal of the answer to the central question readers will have after reading this portion of draft isn't up to scratch. I'd like to apologise in advance and promise to TRY uploading the next portion of draft over the weekend.
This is a couple of hours worth of vomit draft I got out over the long weekend. I'm not 100% certain if it's going to be a storyline I pursue, but I feel a review or two may be just the impetus I'm looking for.
Any and all feedback will be taken on board. I'll do my best to include as much of your critiques as possible in future drafts
When a revolutionary neural interface designed to enhance lives and provide unparalleled convenience is hijacked for sinister purposes, a determined programmer must confront the system’s flaws—and her own grief over a tragic loss—to stop it from enslaving humanity.
When four teens from wildly different worlds are sentenced to a juvenile program, their stories of survival, privilege, pain, and rebellion begin to collide. Together, they discover that healing is louder than silence—and sometimes, the system is the villain hiding in plain sight.
