Good Morning, Mr. Kay feature

Review Rating:

First of all, I really admire the concept behind this script. It’s twisty and science fiction- packed. I know some of the phrases that I just used don’t exist in the English Vocabulary but your style of crafting a science fiction thriller is really out of the ordinary or another word I would use, unique. The characters were well developed. For example, Creature Blu. At first, I thought it was a light hearted comedy but little did I know, it evolved into something else. However, that being said, the slight flaw in the script was the fast moving dialogue sequences. I know it’s unusual to feature an extremely long scene with only “conversation” between the characters but it serves a purpose too, being invested with them for so long to the point we will be feeling connected to their lives. I’m aware that you intended to write the script with the idea of just a maximum of 100 pages in mind because producers out there would not spare such a long time to read “draggy” screenplays but it’s a risk that we all should take as writers. We should not get put in between barriers because we need to have our creativities hatching and what is the point of having all these ideas if we are on a timer, glancing at the rules ahead of us. The way you formatted your script is one of the bests I have seen/ read so I won’t go to the extremes of pointing out what is wrong with it. Overall, your story is amazing, I can tell it’s a mix of slight horror, science fiction and comedy which, in other words, it deserves to be shown on the silver screen and I hope it does! Wish you all the best and can’t wait to see this as a movie!
