You developed an interesting world. The mythology leaves us wanting to learn more. The characters are also all unique with quirks that make them entertaining. However, without more "meat" to the characters, even if it's just a nibble, they feel a bit thin and it's hard to feel like we're in their corner (outside of the script telling us they are the good guys). The plot points for the pilot are solid. The main issue is the flow of the plot and revealing character traits. Right now it's a bit disjointed and jarring. You sometimes go from plot point to plot point without any real explanation or transition. So while we can understand why you did it from a storytelling/TV series perspective, within the world itself, it doesn't make sense and the characters don't really have the proper motivation. The reveal of Noah being a hybrid and a hacker was really out of left field. There's no reason for them to include him except that the script needs him included to advance the plot. You have to add in moments or conversations that naturally tie him into the story. The whole third act needs better transitions and flow between the sequence of events.
