Logline: On a weekend trip to the woods, an older sister cries wolf.
Lynn takes her 16 year old daughter, Monica and her 10 year old son Darren to the woods to get away from it all, and enjoy nature. Both kids are bored from the start. Darren occupies himself with music and Monica stays glued to her phone. With terrible cell reception, Monica decides she'll have some fun making her brother scared of monsters in the woods. When Darren sees red eyes in the woods he runs to his mother's side. The next morning she assures him that he's falling for his sister's tactics and to just relax. The family goes to the lake. Mom heads back to the house to get more wine, leaving Monica and Darren. Monica sees the same red eyes in her selfie, but Darren doesn't believe her. She's cried wolf before. Mom hears screaming coming from the lake and finally returns to find Darren, having grown snarling teeth, eating his sister.
Logline: A girl reunites with her estranged father on his deathbed.
Lil, a busy college freshman gets a call from her stepdad telling her that her real father is in the hospital, dying. She begrudgingly goes to see him and it’s as awkward as you think it would be. Tim doesn’t know her, but convinces her to stay and is able to tell her in detail why he wasn’t in her life. Basically he fought the substance abuse fight for years. But he was alwasy there, with the permission of her stae dad, watching from a far. She accepts this story and decides to spend more time with him.
Logline: Anton’s world gets turned upside down when he discovers he lives in a reality that is a TV sitcom.
Chuck and Jenny are escape a pack of zombies in their supped up interdimentional van that hops between tv shows. We find ourselves in the Space bar occupied by a group of 20 somethings and their bartender friend, Anton. Anto wishes there was more to life, and just feels out of place. He soon discovers that he’s correct as Chuck and Jenny stumble upon his world. Anto has accidentally seen the fourth wall removed and heard the laugh track. He tells this to Cuck and Jenny, and they decide to take him with them to Westphall. Westphall is a place beyond the worldly realms of TV shows and movies where a secret organization keeps tv shows in check, We meet the leader of the group, Mycroft, who tells Anton that he has to go back home. Unfourtunately they discover that Chuck and Jenny have accidentally dropped zombie off in that world. If they don’t do something the show / world will be canceled. They get back to Anton’s world where it’s in complete dissary. They make it to the bar where they have a standoff with Anton’s friends. Zombies burst in and Chuck sacrifices himself by breaking the fourth wall and ushering the zombies away just in time. Anton is allowed to stay in Westphall in Chuck’s place.
