Excellent concept. The lore is unique. The worldbuilding is strong, but the story could have benefitted from an explainer scene or a flashback to the 'pre-apocalypse' world. I couldn't tell if this was supposed to be augmented reality, an alternate reality, or this reality post-apocalypse. That could be intentional, but it's confusing.

A majority of my concerns with this script stem from it being structured as a TV show rather than a feature. I will touch on that in a bit. It's clear that a lot of time and thought has gone into crafting this world.
Your concept is fantastic. It feels original and has just the right amount of weirdness to it. I feel like there are shades of Sandman and other gothic horror elements at work in addition to the religious ones. Well done.

There is way too much action description here, much of it describing things that the audience cannot possibly know (what a character is thinking, intending, etc) A lot of the story is being told to us through dialogue rather than visuals. Its seems like characters are recounting events that they have already experienced for the benefit of the audience. There are almost no visual slug lines used.
